Eligibility and Requirements

Internship Eligibility Criteria - Roy Kirchner Internship Program

To be considered for this highly competitive opportunity, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must have a clean background and consent to a full background check
  • Must have no objections to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Must be punctual, accountable, and take initiative
  • Must have genuine interest in business, marketing, sales, AI, or entrepreneurship

Preferred Qualifications

(Not required but strongly valued)

  • Experience with content creation, video editing, or social media management
  • Working knowledge of AI tools or marketing platforms
  • Previous internship or leadership experience
  • Active involvement in extracurriculars, student organizations, or volunteer work
